1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Nexuvia Travel website and booking any of our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Nexuvia Travel. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified in your booking summary. Prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation and are subject to change until full payment is received.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Full payment is required at least 30 days before the travel date.
- Late payment may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our office. The following cancellation fees apply from the date we receive your written notice:
- More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit only.
- 30–60 days before departure: 50% of total package cost.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total package cost (no refund).
Nexuvia Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or insufficient group size. In such cases, a full refund or alternative tour will be offered.
4. Travel Documentation
It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure valid travel documents including passports, visas, health certificates, and any other entry requirements for all destinations on the itinerary. Nexuvia Travel accepts no liability for any losses arising from incorrect or missing documentation.
5. Travel Insurance
Nexuvia Travel strongly recommends that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. This should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, loss of baggage, and personal liability. Nexuvia Travel is not liable for costs arising from failure to obtain adequate insurance.
6. Liability
Nexuvia Travel acts as an agent for third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, and local operators. We accept no liability for any injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from the acts or omissions of such third-party providers. Our maximum liability in any event is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or acts of war.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India.
10. Changes to These Terms
Nexuvia Travel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
